FAQ
- What counts as a form?
- A completed, signed tax form submitted through steadfile. Invites your vendor never finishes do not count. Corrections on an already-completed request are free.
- What happens when I reach my included allowance?
- Additional completed forms bill at your plan’s overage rate for that month. Your base subscription continues unchanged.
- Can I change plans?
- Yes. You can move between Standard and Premium when you manage your subscription. Changes take effect on the next billing cycle unless noted otherwise at checkout.
- Is my vendors’ data secure?
- Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Each organization’s records are isolated from other customers. Signed forms and related events are kept in an immutable audit log.
